Rainy day, skies grigissimo, cold air. Today I finished making the treatment for the fracture to the foot, therefore, will no longer wake up at 6:45, I'll stay in bed a little longer and recover the hours spent to turn around their thumbs at night.
E 'for some days that I feel strange ... a mixture of melancholy, anxiety and a lot of thoughts more or less serious for the head. Fortunately, the days are fullest of commitments: the repetitions take me almost every afternoon, then I have to prepare some concerned (though as always I take it easy) and there are also many things to do here at home. I also set to spend a few hours a day in some physical activity, so usually when I can carve out some time I'm going to make a run or something. I was also planning to enroll in the gym ... not so much for the sport in and of itself, but to do a bit of social life that ultimately scarce. In the end I realize that I am committed only in activities that allow me to be with few people as possible, perhaps because of the bottom are a bit antisocial. In solitude sometimes is the confidence that is otherwise difficult to reach.
